The official set-up period begins on Tuesday, 01 April 2008, from 07.00 a.m., and ends on Saturday, 05 April 2008 at 03.00 p.m. Throughout this period, set-up will run “around the clock”, 24 hours per day. Please note that on the last set-up day, all set-up materials must be removed from the aisles by 03.00 p.m. so that we can begin laying the carpet. We have had to limit the set-up period in this way because we will be laying 110,000 m² of carpet overnight throughout the exhibition grounds. We apologise for any inconvenience. However, decoration work may continue during this period the latest until 12.00 p.m within your stand area. Please notify your forwarding agent in due time so that all materials can be removed before 03.00 p.m.
Should you need more time for set-up you can order this service (free of charge) by filling out and sending back the MF-1 form found in the service folder. Advanced setup times vary from hall to hall.
