Arrival by car

Parking spaces for visitors with restricted mobility are available throughout the exhibition grounds.  

Visitors with a disabled pass indicating that their mobility is severely impaired should go directly to the North gate (Navi: Katharinenkreisel), not to the Rebstock car park. Service personnel at that gate will assign you an appropriate parking space.

If you require the assistance of an accompanying person who will be visiting the fair with you, please present your disabled pass and your escort will be allowed to enter free of charge.

Visitors who have difficulty walking but are not disabled pass holders are requested to contact our information hotline for disabled visitors in advance of their visit.

Loan service

Wheelchairs and mobility scooters are available for loan to disabled visitors during trade fairs. A deposit of EUR 50 is required. The loan service is located in the first aid stations of halls 4.C and 8.0.

Euro WC key

All disabled-access sanitary facilities on the exhibition grounds can be unlocked with a Euro WC key.
This service is part of a Europe-wide scheme for disabled access that is in place in more than 6,700 different locations.

If you aren’t already in possession of this key, please contact our service personnel in the hall and they will be happy to unlock the WC for you.

You can purchase a key from the Messe Frankfurt Business Center (Torhaus level 3) at larger fairs.

Other than at fairs, Euro WC keys can be obtained from the CBF in Darmstadt (Club Behinderter und ihrer Freunde). They will send a key to your German or foreign address.
