The factors for a successful application for the KNX Association International are not so much the size and scope of the KNX installation but rather: • The spectrum of trades included, • Flexibility and the possibilities for expansion, • The degree of automation and the complexity of the installation, • User friendliness and user acceptance, • Persuasive arguments for the customer, • The use of products from different manufacturers.
