Veranstaltungsort: Halle 5_6.1, Foyer Zeitraum: 6. – 11.4.2008 From 6 to 11 April 2008, Light+Building in Frankfurt am Main will be presenting a Trend Forum featuring 2008 and 2009 living trends. The event in the foyer between halls 5.1 and 6.1 visualises living worlds, presenting genuinely surprising room sets for you, the specialist retailer, designer, interior designer or architect. Famous international style agency, bora.herke from Frankfurt am Main, is responsible for the development and realisation of the exhibition. bora.herke is aiming to provide orientation and inspiration for colours, content, material use and staging via the Trend Forum. The style agency’s inspiration for the show comes from the fashion, art, interior trends, exhibitions and trade fairs sectors. bora.herke has assembled and arranged a diversity of trends and influences according to theme. We show you four main style trends in the centre of the Trend Forum, each featured in a living world. - Sober Mind – the Sober Mind style trend (purist, clear and minimal) combines high-end design with functionalism. The room set features expensive materials and sophisticated workmanship, the outstanding feature of which is their high design specification. - Vegetal Technology - Vegetal Technology (natural, organic, technological) juxtaposes simple sculptural forms of an extremely well considered, constructed nature. The intelligence and beauty of nature provides the inspiration for the design and architecture of this room set. - Seductive Glamour – a more glamorous style in an unexpected mix – modern reduced and decoratively luxuriously – is on show in the Seduction Glamour living world (decorative, modern, reduced, elegant). Here, a more feminine living style is presented using an extravagant design language. - Boldly Modern – the Boldly Modern living world (striking, monochrome coloured, neon, intense and graphic) symbolises a humorous, unconventional living style, coupled with futuristic echoes, varying patterns and surfaces.
