BlueRange Office App
The BlueRange Office App for tenants and building users is available for iOS and Android smartphones. Users can log in with their usual company access and receive the relevant authorisations via the user administration. The app is also available as a version for tablets, e.g. for operating meeting rooms.
TICKET SYSTEM
THE MALFUNCTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM MAKES IT EASY TO REPORT PROBLEMS OR TECHNICAL DEFECTS.
In addition, an automatic evaluation of various system faults is possible on the basis of fault registers. Notification to the operator takes place either by e-mail or separate facility management app.
ACCESS CONTROL
INTELLIGENT LOCKING CYLINDERS ALLOW ACCESS TO THE BUILDING AND INDIVIDUAL ROOMS VIA APP.
Authorisations are issued centrally via separate server software and are therefore always up to date. This eliminates the need to issue and manage transponders or cards.
ROOM CONTROL
LIGHTING, SUN PROTECTION, HEATING AND VENTILATION ARE CONTROLLED AS AUTOMATICALLY AS POSSIBLE.
BlueRange enables energy-optimised operation. Individual requirements (such as the overrun time) can be taken into account during configuration. In addition, manual control is possible via push-buttons or an app.
ROOM BOOKING
WITH THE BOOKING SYSTEM, WORKSTATIONS AND ROOMS CAN BE BOOKED ACCORDING TO DEMAND.
In addition to the automatic search for free rooms, a room can also be booked with a QR code. The booking is synchronised with Outlook 365. The system can also be transferred to car parks.
PERSONAL SEARCH
TO FACILITATE PERSONAL MEETINGS AT FLEXIBLE WORKPLACES, PEOPLE CAN BE SEARCHED FOR IN THE BUILDING.
By means of a push message, a person is asked whether the position may be shared. After confirmation, the location is shared depending on the number of sensors installed, indicating the workplace or office in the vicinity.
