The design of high-performance color mixing optics has been part of GAGGIONE’s DNA for years. We are now introducing an innovative 45 mm range to meet the most demanding applications of colour mixing or tunable white. All the nine versions are based on the patented color mixing technology we have developed for high-end stage lighting, entertainment and custom architectural solutions.

Zoom on new versions : This “no sprue” version was created to simplify your integration process. We’ve also designed for you a new ultra intensive narrow beam version, LLC59R and new narrow beam versions with better stray light behavior, the LLC59RF and LLC59NF. New versions provide improved optical behavior and are 100% mechanically compatible with existing versions. Moreover, all our existing holders are compatible with the new versions without any mechanical modification.

This range has been specifically designed for High Power LED.
For COB LED, a new range has just been released: the VEGA range.

Following the success of the LLC59 in PMMA, we have launched a version dedicated to COB:
the VEGA range.

Available in PC or PMMA, the VEGA range of collimators includes a wide choice in terms of beam angle. It is also performing in terms of color mixing and tunable white.

For those who know the history of our standard range, VEGA is intended to provide a more price effective option compared to existing silicone LLC79 range.

LLC25 series is our latest 32mm PMMA color mixing range.

In order to improve the mechanical integration of this range, we developed a new version without sprue, except for the LLC25E which has a Poka Yoke system.

Its “non chip imaging” characteristics allow combination with single or multi-chips RGBW, tunable white or standard white LEDs.

It provides color mixing capability but also a solution without chip image projection for high power single or multi-chip white LEDs.

A PC version is now available.

LLC22 series is the new 16mm diameter PMMA collimator range.

LLC22N is the sharpest available 16mm collimator based on our patented non chip imaging technology. The LED chip will not be projected even with very small LES.

LLC22M/W/V are Medium, Wide and Very large versions being also capable of advanced color mixing.

LLC22E, the Elliptical version of this PMMA collimator range, is applicable for both RGBW and tunable white applications.
