All heavier fiber particles are removed from the beater-cleaner by centrifugal force. Remove all foreign parts in the used cloth (buttons, zippers, brooches, rivets, trimmings) and remove the dirt of the cotton fiber.

The beater machine has a drum covered with big sharp arms which beat the material against a greed placed under the drum.

The Airlay is the machine that produces the fiber web form that must be consolidated mechanically (needle punching) or chemically (by low melt fibers or resins).

Airlay can work with any kind of fibres, natural, synthetic and recycled, but also with resins as epoxy or phenolic. So, it makes our lines the most versatile in the market, having in one production line all the solutions and possibilities to make felts from 400 to 3.000 gr/m2

The final products are thermal and acoustic insulations for the buildings, insulations for the car industry and hard and soft felts for the mattress or similar.
