From construction and development to tool manufacture and injection moulding, to the assembly of component modules; we can provide you with the entire process chain. The required tools are constructed and built in-house. In addition to standard plastics, we also process high-performance polymers and wood-plastic compounds. Injection moulds are manufactured on modern CNC controlled tool machines 5-axis simultaneous milling, computer support and long-standing expertise ensure the highest precision. Plastic production:On more than 50 injection moulding machines, many different materials are processed. From standard PP to high-performance materials such as LCP, PSU and PEEK. Even the most advanced materials such as wood-plastic compounds and biopolymers are already processed in our company. Handling systems and multi-component processing round off our range of services. Finishing: We offer comprehensive finishing in order to supply parts or construction groups that are ready for installation:
