The Bals VARIABOX distributor system – tried, tested and loved for many years – is becoming even more versatile and flexible.

As an adaptive further development, the new network data sockets as well as the switched interlocked CEE sockets are now available for the VARIABOX product line. This means the distributors can now be fitted with RJ45, HDMI or USB ports – Whichever is necessary.

The data connections fit into the existing system in a visually seamless manner, thus making VARIABOX even more powerful and variable. The distributors are available in different protection degrees, thus rendering them ideally suited for particularly challenging usage conditions.

The coded flange plate with separate switch increases the mechanically locked panel mounting socket from 16 A 3-pole to 32 A 5-pole in IP44 or IP67, even though the overall visual look of the distributor stays exactly the same. A key selling point of the VARIABOX is that it is maintenance-free: All panel mounting sockets are fitted with the screwless QUICK-CONNECT connection technology. Also unique is the operating window with OTC mechanism (one touch close).

Thus, the VARIABOX once again lives up to its reputation as a true all-rounder among the distributor systems. With the S, M, L, XL and XXL versions as wall-mounted or mobile combination, the user will always find the right distributor for his needs – flexibly and individually configurable.
