CV 4 OMNISMART has been conceived to produce different LED lenght using one piece of equipment only. It comes from years of Demak experience in resin dispensing and processing. It combines all the charatcteristics of other equipment, with the possibility to manufacture flexible strips and aluminum profiles up to 5 meters long. Thanks to 2 motorized pallets that work alternately on the dosing station and in the oven, the process will  always be stable and repeatable by using just one operator that will load and unload parts onto and from the machine.
