ELECTRIC SINGLE-CAPSTAN WINCH
Single-capstan winch designed for pulling a rope in the
works of stringing electric and telephone cables, F.O. cables
and micro-pipes, also suitable for use in closed environments
such as residential homes, industrial sites, electrical
substations, etc. Driven by a self-braking single-phase
electric motor, it develops a pulling capacity from 400
to 1200 daN. Supplied in standard execution with an 800 daN
wide groove capstan. Besides the optional capstans are
400, 600 and 1200 daN, they can be applied to limit the
pulling force and respect the pulling parameters of the
cables or pipes. Compact machine equipped with a
stainless steel framework that allows positioning on the
ground, or on a wall or on cable trays, the fixing takes place
through suitable holes on the framework or by means of the
eyelet to which you can apply a steel sling and anchor the
machine to a fixed point. The machine is equipped with an
ergonomic handle which, by means of the wheels, allows
handling for transport and positioning. The winch command
takes place via a foot pedal connected by cable to
the electric box; the positioning speed and a very simple use are
the strengths of this machine. To be used with synthetic ropes of
unlimited lengths.
The machine is certified and manufactured according to the
CE regulations in force.
