New generation of double layer conduits with anti-electromagnetic technology for exposed type installations

MEDISOL PLUS – MEDIFLEX PLUS is a pioneering double layer conduit system ideal for exposed, indoor/outdoor installations and for concealed type electrical installations such as concrete. Following the method of co-extrusion of 2 layers along with the use of special stabilized, heavy metals free (RoHS), halogen free (EN 50642), low smoke (EN 61034-2) and low acidity (ΕΝ 60754-2) raw materials, rigid MEDISOL PLUS and pliable MEDIFLEX PLUS conduits achieve high mechanical strength and flexibility, guarantying a safer electrical installation and low environmental footprint.

The corrugated external wall of MEDIFLEX PLUS provides the necessary flexibility and the required mechanical strength. The internal layer follows the geometry of the outer layer, facilitating the smooth insertion of the cables due to the ultra-slip material that is added which reduces the friction up to 40%.

Thanks to the development of anti-electromagnetic technology, part of the radiation originating from cabling is isolated within the interior layer, while the interference created between circuits (weak and strong currents) is minimized.

• Lower friction up to 40% due to special ultra-slip material added in the internal layer (test conducted according to IEC/TR 62470)

• High compression (750Nt) and impact (2J) resistance, (medium type) in low temperatures of -15οC for MEDIFLEX PLUS and -25οC for MEDISOL PLUS

• High mechanical resistance in high temperature of (105oC)
