Quality, enjoyment of innovative process technologies and a high level of employee motivation are the success factors of Elkamet Kunststofftechnik GmbH, founded in 1955 and based in Biedenkopf in central Germany. The family company, which is managed by Eberhard Flammer and Michael Parsch, positions itself as a company with strong exports and growth.

With an annual turnover of around 145 million euros, Elkamet Kunststofftechnik is still on a consistent growth path. The basis and yardstick for any further development are the quality and environmental principles to which the company has committed itself.

Elkamet Kunststofftechnik GmbH currently employs more than 1,100 people at its six locations, including around 100 trainees and participants in the dual study programs of “StudiumPlus” as well as annual interns at the technical college. Elkamet produces extrusion profiles from technical polymer materials for the lighting industry.

The cooperation on the exPRESS process with Jungbecker from Olpe is currently unique on the market and offers high-quality options for glare reduction in luminaire covers.
