Two models to meet all requirements You may want to charge your EV easily and conveniently at
home. You could also be planning a parking lot with several charging stations for your employees or tenants. The demands placed on charging stations could not be more different. Therefore, the
Spelsberg Wallbox comes in two variants: Spelsberg Wallbox Pure and Smart Pro. This allows you to choose the range of functions that fits best to your individual needs.

Intelligent development means simple installation
The design of the Spelsberg Wallbox has been thought through to the last detail. Which means that installation is quick, safe and simple. From precise alignment to simple cabling, all installation steps can efficiently be done by the installers. And what about the subsequent configuration? Simple. All settings can be done in the Spelsberg Wallbox App, so that only a smartphone is required for the full configuration.

All you need is your Smartphone and nothing else.
Whether you want to start a charging process or an initial setup, or quickly check consumption, the Spelsberg Wallbox App makes this possible. It is the perfect addition to the Wallbox. The app gives you full control, straight from your smart phone. Important messages reach you immediately upon
opening the app. In this way you can keep an eye on consumption, charging time, charging power,
and present status. The sophisticated user interface makes control simple and comfortable.

Make e-mobility even more sustainable.
Photovoltaic systems are the ideal partner for EV, as the sustainably generated power can be used for cost-saving and environmentally-friendly charging. To that end, depending on the system, the
inverter of the photovoltaic installation can, for example, communicate statically or dynamically
directly via an energy management system (EMS) with the charging station. This may actually result in even greater potential savings, as a suitable EMS can control charging processes centrally. Thanks also to the automatic phase switching, costs can be saved through optimum use of self-generated power. Good for the environment - good for you.

Are you aiming to connect more than 250 Wallboxes? No problem.
Anyone managing an entire fleet of vehicles will need more than just one wallbox. Thanks to the
dynamic load management, up to 250 wallboxes can communicate with each other by LAN or OTA via Wifi. In this way, load peaks and breakdowns and the higher costs often associated with these can be avoided. In addition, the available power is fully utilised. But you keep full control of the process. Does one vehicle have top priority? You decide who is given precedence in charging processes. If necessary, the wallboxes can also be integrated into the load management of a network system.

More protection through authorisation.
Authorisation protects you from "energy theft" due to unauthorised charging processes. The
authorisation itself is a simple process for users and, depending on the vehicle model, may even be performed by the EV (Plug & Charge and AutoCharge) or take place by means of RFID chip. Apart from single-family homes, this is particularly important for apartment buildings. Thus only authorised persons have access to the wallbox.

The Spelsberg Wallbox App does more than just keep you in the picture.
With the app you will always be fully aware of essential information on charging processes. The MID meter integrated into the wallbox provides the basis for this. It measures the charged energy. The number of charging processes, the charging time, or the charged energy, for example, can then be evaluated and displayed in the app. Summaries for various periods, including user evidence, can also be retrieved. So, for example, employees have the possibility to claim from their employer for the energy used to charge a company vehicle.

Charging stations for electric cars, switches in refrigerated chambers, distributors on electricity pylons, and outdoor loudspeaker systems on the open sea, or manufacturing plants in the heavy industry – application in these areas makes great demands on enclosures. In the outdoor area, enclosures are exposed to sun radiation, temperature variations, hail and water. This is similar to the conditions in the factory buildings: There, extreme heat or coldness, dust, oils, corrosive vapours or hose water act on them. Robust, safe enclosures which can be flexibly mounted are in demand.

GEOS enclosures have a high protection class, are extremely robust and provide various details that make them easily mountable and time-saving. Strong, durable materials withstand strong weather conditions like sun radiation, wind and precipitation without problems. The patented design of the enclosures and covers provide for safe sealing that reliably withstands moisture, dust, and dirt. When using this enclosure system, the customer can also choose from the high-grade standard enclosures, use the customised options provided by the enclosure specialist, or decide upon a completely wired and tested configuration.

Outdoor area and industry impose comparable requirements on an enclosure. Using the same system for different areas is advantageous for purchase, logistics and installation. Therefore, for the first time, Spelsberg has designed an outdoor enclosure in such a way that the sidewalls provide sufficient space for industrial connectors.

In the event of a fire, the cable branch and junction boxes of LIFELINE provide for keeping the electrical functioning for a period of up to 30 to 90 minutes In doing so, the classes E30 to E90 identify the minimum duration of correct functioning of the electrical systems. In this way, LIFELINE ensures that the functioning of fire alarm systems, acoustic systems, emergency lighting or elevators with evacuation circuits is maintained for at least 30 minutes in an emergency. WKE BK1 Assembly Plate - your guarantee of fire-safe mounting

The WKE BK 1 assembly plate is designed to provide fire-safe mounting of WKE 2-6 cable junction and connection boxes on cable ducts with functional integrity. The adapted, inwardly projecting construction of the assembly plate allows secure installation of cables with functional integrity, without these having to deviate from the straight run of the cable duct.

The assembly plate is DIN 4102-12 compliant and has a General Building Inspection Certificate of E90 functional integrity (No: P-1042 DMT DO) from DMT Dortmund. This certification confirms the functional endurance and thus the integrity of the overall system comprising cable junction boxes and cable support systems, in the event of fire, for up to 90 minutes (E90).

The mounting plate is made from high-grade stainless steel and can be freely combined with WKE 2-6 housings. A single basic model allows all housings in the WKE 2-6 series to be safely mounted in combination - thereby ensuring judicious and economical use of resources.

AK - Simply more values

The AK Air small distribution board from Spelsberg scores with generous connection spaces, sufficient reserves for retrofitting, the option of integrating sockets - and now with even more flexibility. This is ensured by the new PE/N terminals, with which the AK 14-70 variants will be equipped in future. These guarantee the safe and convenient connection of protective and neutral conductors. With the new generation of terminals, the AK Air small distribution board meets the requirements of modern installation environments and the demand for maximum user-friendliness.

Demanding areas of application require professional distribution solutions. Spelsberg has been supplying these with the AK-Small distribution board series since its market launch in 1983. Even under extreme conditions, for example in dusty industrial environments, they guarantee maximum reliability and safety. The housing made of resistant polycarbonate with an impact resistance rating of IK08 defies influences such as collisions or impact forces and is suitable for indoor and outdoor installations. The VDE- and UL-EU-certified AK Air small distribution board protects the fixtures against water jets and dust in accordance with protection class IP65. The integrated air ventilation element ensures constant air circulation and prevents the formation of condensation.

Complex wiring faster than ever

The tool-free removable standard rails simplify installation work. With the technically optimized PE terminal and the completely newly developed N modules, the new generation of PE/N terminal blocks offers an unprecedented combination of safety and ease of use in this segment. Thanks to the improved snap-on fastening of the base carrier, removing and installing the terminal is extremely convenient - with one hand and without tools. While safety is the top priority with the PE terminal block and connected PE conductors can only be disconnected with a tool, both rigid and flexible conductors can be connected and disconnected without tools using the practical operating lever on the 4 mm² terminal blocks of the N modules.

The right distribution solution for every application

N-bridges, which are freely accessible even when conductors are connected and can be easily removed from the N-modules using a screwdriver, also make it easy to split the N-terminal into up to four different N-potentials.

The wide housing designs of all AK variants offer the installation technician a clear space advantage when wiring,
since 14 modules per row rather than the normal 12 can be fitted. This allows the necessary spare modules to be provided for retrofitting or expansion of the system, for example.

Unrestricted handling of the frequently used installation terminal blocks, such as three- and four-level terminal blocks, as required in industry and commerce , is enabled by the additional space provided. Even high-current terminal blocks can be positioned without tools on height-adjustable standard rails in such a way that connected cables with large conductor cross sections do not risk being crushed. This opens up a variety of possibilities and ensures that installation work is carried out with ease.

The two additional modules then allow accommodation in a single row of, by way of example, one surge protector (3-pole), one residual current circuit breaker and six load current circuit breakers.

The AK Plus variants have an additional connection space with a 35 mm standard rail, on which the installation and terminal blocks or switching and control devices can be quickly and conveniently mounted.

Following assembly, the additional row remains hidden by a non-transparent cover. This ensures an uncluttered appearance and also prevents unauthorised access to the components.

The space above and below the rail-mounted devices can be used as required and provides options for integration and supply of the input and output terminals. The cover of the AK small distribution board can be rotated through 180°.

Effective and maintenance-free protection from condensation

The Air ventilation element prevents condensation whilst maintaining the high level of IP65 protection. Condensate build-up, which occurs in housings with a high degree of protection due to changes in temperature as a result of external influences, and dissipation from the components fitted, is rapidly removed from the housing through air exchange. Due to the constant and high rate of air exchange the internal air is always able to mix with the ambient air and transports the moisture to the outside.
