Smoke alarms are lifesavers. But the alarm is not always easy to hear in every room. Smoke detectors that can be connected via radio to ensure that every resident is warned as quickly as possible. The new wireless smoke detector RA360F from INDEXA can be networked with up to 11 other wireless hazard detectors and enables a warning via app.

Tested Wireless Smoke Detector.

The photo-electronic wireless smoke detector RA360F in a simple, flat design comes with a replaceable lithium battery with a lifespan of 5 years and an acoustic battery warning. A low-power LED indicates the RA360F's state of alert. To test and to mute, simply press on the detector housing. The smoke detector has been tested according to EN 14604 and meets the requirements of DIN 14676.

Up to 12 Detectors Can Be Connected.

In the event of an alarm, not only the 85 dB loud siren of the smoke detector sounds, but also the sirens of all other wirelessly networked hazard detectors: Up to 12 smoke, heat and water detectors can be connected within a residential unit. The HA360F heat detector activates at a temperature of approxiomately 54° to 70° and is ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, basements and other rooms in which steam or dust could trigger false alarms with conventional smoke detectors. The water detector WA360F is used to monitor leaking water, e.g. from a washing machine or dishwasher and from water pipes. If the electrodes located on the underside of the detector are connected by water, the detector will trigger an alarm.

Smart Extension.

For an additional optical and acoustic signal, up to 12 networked radio alarm detectors can be registered with the optionally available smart siren SW360F. The siren is simply plugged into a socket; it is equipped with an emergency power battery for emergencies. A particular advantage of the smart siren: It enables access to all networked detectors via a free app when connected to a WLAN router. Using a smartphone or tablet, it is possible to receive alarm messages from anywhere, quickly localize the triggering detector via app, test detectors and view the battery levels. In addition, the siren ensures that the radio range is extended when positioned centrally.

Simply Flexible.

With the alarm system 9000 INDEXA introduces a modern and flexible wireless hybrid alarm system. The user-friendly keypad and app as well as its modular flexibility characterize the system.

Convenient Control.

The system 9000 can be controlled anywhere via the app or on site with the keypad with LCD display and integrated RFID reader. The buttons illuminate in traffic light colours to show the actual status of the system: green represents a disarmed area, red an armed area and yellow partial arming. The keypad displays hazard reports such as information on open windows or doors. Arming and partial arming is possible for four individually controllable areas. This offers a lot of flexibility and comfort when it comes to the planning of larger objects.

Individual Security Concept.

According to the customer's requests, the system can be individually configured from a wide variety of wired and wireless components – such as motion detectors with an integrated camera. With the appropriate detectors, the system can not only signal intrusion, but also other hazards such as fire, gas and water leakage at an early stage. Via an alarm button, users can call for help in threatening situations. All reports can be transmitted to an alarm receiving center via contact ID and SIA IP protocols.

Flexible Hybrid System.

The alarm system can be flexibly adapted to the local conditions, regardless of whether it is a private or commercial property. A special advantage of the modern radio technology: the clean installation, since no cables have to be laid. 50 addresses are optionally available as radio or bus addresses. Up to 5 contacts can be connected to each address of a bus input module or to each radio universal transmitter input. This enables also larger systems with up to 200 monitored windows and doors. Operating units, indoor or outdoor sirens, output relays and radio modules can be connected to the 4-wire bus system. The bus input modules with up to 16 addressable lines enable the integration of conventional detectors with break contacts.

Smart Home Connection.

Up to four switched outputs for smart home functions such as lights or heating can be connected to the bus or via a wireless connection. Thanks to the integrated LAN port, these functions can also be controlled via app or internet and the user can receive information on the system. Particularly smart: An interface is available for connecting to a KNX system for house control - this means that information from the alarm system is also available to the smart home system. Armed, disarmed or partially armed status messages for each area of ​​the alarm system, messages in the event of intrusion, fire and panic alarms, as well as the status of each detector integrated in the system and all detector inputs are visible in the KNX system - thanks to the interface. In addition, this enables areas and switching outputs to be controlled by external components.

High Level of Security.

The System 9000 has been tested and certified according to the European standard EN50131 Grade 2. INDEXA offers full-day training courses for beginners and advanced users as well as free short online training courses to support specialist installers in installing and setting up a System 9000.

Approximately 50 percent of all household fires start in the kitchen, most of them caused by the cooker. However, due to the high risk of false alarms the installation of smoke detectors in kitchens is not recommendable.

Clever Protection against Kitchen Fires.

A new device can help to prevent kitchen fires: the stove guard SGK5010 from INDEXA. The stove guard consists of a sensor and a control unit. The integrated infrared and temperature sensor measures temperature and rate of temperature changes. If the integrated software detects a dangerous situation, the sensor unit triggers an 80 dB(A) alarm signal. This can be the case if the cooker becomes too hot, a pan on the cooker catches fire or if a cooker is left switched on for a long time. Additionally, a radio signal is sent to the control unit which automatically cuts off the electricity supply. Thus, fires can be prevented and inhabitants are not harmed by toxic gases.

The alarm signal can be silenced by pressing a button on the device. One minute before the main alarm, there is a pre-alarm. During the pre-alarm, the stove guard can be reset and the cooker is not switched off. Thereby, the sensitivity of the device is intuitively adjusted to the users' cooking habits.

Suitable for Electric Hobs.

The stove guard can be installed quickly and easily and is compatible with all electric cooker types. The sensor unit is attached to the cooker hood with the integrated magnets or can be installed to the ceiling or wall, the control unit can be installed by an electrician between the power outlet and the cooker. Whether in private houses, residential homes, flats of elderly people or people with dementia: The stove guard makes the kitchen safer and fosters independent living. The appliance meets EN50615:2015 category B for devices to prevent kitchen fires.

A solution via WLAN is particularly useful when video surveillance is planned later and no cables can be laid. With the new WLAN surveillance camera set WR120 SET M7B from INDEXA, video surveillance is particularly easy and flexible.

Intelligent Camera for Clever Applications.

The day/night WiFi camera with wide-angle lens is suitable for indoor and outdoor use and can be flexibly mounted on the wall or ceiling. Thanks to the four millimeter lens with an 80 degree angle of coverage, the camera is particularly suitable for monitoring entrance areas and area surveillance. If the camera detects a human form within 10 meters, a recording will start. The user can have a two-way conversation via the camera and a siren sound or a customized audio file will be played automatically as a deterrent or greeting.

Handy Receiver with Touch Display.

Recordings and live images are viewed via the receiver with a seven-inch touch screen and integrated recorder function. A microSD card can be used to store the recordings. Optional rechargeable batteries can be used in the receiver for mobile use anywhere in the house. If the receiver is connected to a router via WLAN, users can also access the camera images with a smartphone or tablet via an app and are notified of movement. The system also enables access via PC software.

Flexible and Easy Installation.

The connection between camera and receiver is based on a native WLAN protocol. A special WLAN repeater can be used for maximum range and in difficult radio conditions. Additional WLAN cameras in various designs are available as an extension – up to four WLAN cameras can be registered with the receiver.

A modern classic in an elegant design: With the 2-wire video door intercom system VT200 system, INDEXA offers a solution for new and existing properties. Various sets are available for detached and semi-detached houses. Besides, the system can be customised for apartment blocks.

Large selection of door intercom stations.

The weatherproof door intercom is available as an elegant stainless steel version for flush-mounted installation and as a surface-mounted version in ZAMAK alloy with 1, 2 or 4 call buttons. For a particularly modern look, video door intercoms with a 5-inch LCD touch display are also available, on which up to 32 call buttons are displayed virtually. Thanks to the alphabetical sorting and search function, visitors can quickly find the name they are looking for, even in apartment blocks. A special highlight of these door intercoms: With 1 to 4 call buttons, a customised image file can be displayed below the names - with or without text. Examples of this: a welcome greeting with name and house number, a photo of the pet or a company logo with opening hours. The user can also choose between a light or dark display background.

Everything in view.

A colour camera with white light LED illumination for a good view and colour images in the dark is integrated into all door intercom stations. The special feature: the camera has an extreme wide angle of 170° - so no visitor remains unseen. For the optimum image, it can alternatively be aligned to a left, centre or right zoom section with 110° coverage.

Convenient door opening.

A card reader is integrated into the door intercoms for convenient door opening via RFID. A suitable transponder chip in key fob format is supplied. Alternatively, a code for opening the door can be set for the door intercoms with display. Visitors can open the door conveniently via the indoor station and the app.

Flat indoor station with clever functions.

Indoor stations with a 7-inch LCD touch display are available for the VT200 door intercom system. Calls can be made not only to visitors, but also as internal calls between the indoor stations. Call forwarding can be activated via an app using a comfort indoor station with integrated WLAN function. This makes it possible to see visitors at the door and speak to them while travelling. The comfort indoor station also comes with an integrated video memory for short recordings of missed visitors.

Extensive range of accessories.

The VT200 system can easily be expanded with additional components: Available accessories include a receiver that can be connected to the indoor station or an audio indoor station that can also be used as an additional door chime. Up to three indoor stations can be connected per call button in the system. A total of four door intercom stations are possible. Compatible INDEXA network cameras can be integrated into the door intercom system as an extension.

Simple installation.

Thanks to the 2-wire technology used, the system is particularly quick and easy to install and is also suitable for retrofitting in old buildings with just two wires. The door intercom system is available as a set for detached or semi-detached houses and as an individually configurable system for up to 32 residential units.
