MEDIUM TYPE PLIABLE CORRUGATED CONDUIT WITH EXTERNAL COATING PRESSURIZED CONCRETE

The external insulating coating of PROFLEX® proves ideal for electrical installations within concrete and especially pressurized concrete. For installations with special requirements it can be used in conjunction with straight reinforced pipes.
PROFLEX® is produced in Light Grey RAL 9002 the external coating and Dark Grey RAL 7042 the corrugated pipe. The outside coating is S-PVC and the pipe U-PVC both specially stabilized, self-extinguishing, highly resistant to flame and corrosion.
This corrugated conduit is very flexible while maintaining its original diameter.
The specially designed internal spirals ensure minimal friction to the electrical wires and thus significantly reducing the installation time.
The classification code according to EN 61386.22 is 3341; corresponding in resistance to compression force of >750N, impact strength of >2Joule for installations at temperatures -25°C up to +60°C.

COSMOFLEX® is produced in light grey RAL 7035 from specially stabilized U-PVC, self-extinguishing, highly resistant to flame, corrosion and the Ultra Violet (UV) radiation. This corrugated conduit is very flexible while maintaining its original diameter.

COSMOTUBE® is produced in light grey RAL 7035 from specially stabilized U-PVC, self-extinguishing, highly resistant to flame, corrosion and the Ultra Violet (UV) radiation

The cable trunking are available in a variety of heights according to the table below. This type of trunking can be assembled with their full range of accessories into a complete Electrical Installation Trunking System. They are ideal for application on plasterboard, wood, brick walls and concrete. Their aesthetics allows them to be installed in offices, households and any type of public places. Their durable construction makes them ideal for installations in industrial and highly demanding environments.

They are produced in White RAL 9003 from specially stabilized, self extinguishing U-PVC according to the international standard EN 50085-1, EN 50085-2-1 and are suitable for applications from -25°C up to +60°C.

The base of the trunking is predrilled with mounting holes. They are also available with double sided self-adhesive tape, of high gluing ability, resistant to ageing and Ultra Violet radiation.

The covers of the trunking system are covered with scratch resistant protective foil.

Round & Square Watertight Boxes IP 65

The watertight boxes are ideal for external electrical installation, where there is the need for protection against rain and the sunlight.

They are produced from specially stabilized thermoplastic material, self extinguishing, heavy metals free (RoHS) and Halogen Free (HF) with excellent insulating properties.

The watertight boxes fulfill all the requirements of the international Standards EN 60670 and have a seal-ability grade of IP 65. Their temperature of application is from -25°C up to +90°C. They are assembled with COSMOTUBE® and COSMOFLEX® into an ideal electrical installation system for external or internal applications with overall seal-ability grade IP65.
