Sedis Light Technology also offers photometric measurements for light sources and luminaires producers and lighting designers.

Within our laboratories we perform measurements of interior luminaires, street luminaires, prototypes and both traditional and LED light sources.

To perform measurements we use our Photoglobe 4FASC goniophotometer, a class L instrument (total error <3%) for laboratory use, that integrates the SVRG 36-83 spectrophotometric unit for radiometric and colorimetric evaluations.

Results are delivered to customers by providing them an EULUMDAT (.ldt) and/or IESNA (.ies) file and a PDF measurement report file.

Photoglobe 4FASC is the Sedis Light Technology far-field goniophotometer that can perform photometric measurements while keeping the light device under test fixed during the operations, in any working position.  

The instrument evaluates the luminous intensity spatial distribution and luminous flux of the luminaires or light sources under test and measures all the colorimetric parameters according to CIE and IES TM-30-15  standards, along a specific direction or as spatially averaged values.

SVR 36-83 is the Sedis Light Technology portable spectrophotometer equipped with a high-sensitivity acquisition sensor able to optically break down the incoming light into its different spectral components.

MLM 1009 is a multi-photometer equipped with a state-of-the-art portable computing hardware unit capable of processing measurement data with high levels of resolution and accuracy. It allows to characterize light fixtures/light sources in terms of illuminance, chromaticity coordinates and colour temperature.

MCC 1005 is the professional portable handheld device with the highest number of functions available at the moment on the market, to measure luminance and its chromatic components.Thanks to its optical head with a very narrow field of view (3.4°) and a focal length of about 26 mm it can perform measurements on a very small area even if the distance of the instrument from the measurement point is very large.
