P5_SLC
Description
P5-SLC is a device to be installed inside lamps able to implement radio router functions in a Wireless Sensor Network scenario to control/command light points behavior, get diagnostic information and integrate IoT sensors. Communication with the IoT gateway, and therefore with the control center, is realized through the low power P5 proprietary protocol based on the international standard IEEE 802.15.4 at 2.4 GHz. One P5-SLC can control up to 8 light points thanks to the DALI interface. P5-SLC is also available in LoRa and 868 MHz versions.
P5-SLC guarantees optimal lighting dimming and continuity of service even in case of disconnection from the master controller or control center thanks to a local lighting program (off-line mode). This stand-alone dimming profi le is realized thanks to an RTC (Real Time Clock) and a specifi c algorithm able to define sunset and sunrise (astronomical clock) depending on the geographical coordinates and a non-volatile memory to save the dimming profi le.
- Light point remote control towards Central Management System
- “Stand alone” mode based on astronomical clock and night phases
- “Motion detection” mode available through an external sensor if present
- Emergency lighting profi le through “stand alone” mode
- Astronomical clock for sunrise and sunset calculation
- “Virtual midnight” algorithm in case of unavailability of internal clock
- Alarm triggered when astronomical clock is blocked
- Operation mode compatible with TAI / FAI lighting remote control algorithms
- Compatible with CAM profi les even in stand-alone mode
