Regular dismantling starts on 13 March 2026 at 07:30 pm and runs until Monday, 16 March 2026 at 12:00 pm.

Early Set-up
(registration required, subject to charge)
Available on selected hall levels:
Thursday, 26 February to Monday, 2 March 2026: 07:00 am – 12:00 pm.
For stands from 51 m² upwards.
Bookable via the Shop for Exhibitor Services.
Regular Set-up
Tuesday, 3 March, 00:01 am, continuous until Saturday, 7 March 2026, 12:00 pm.
Please note: On 7 March 2026 from 03:00 pm, set-up work is only permitted within the stand area due to carpet laying in the hall aisles.
Regular Dismantling
Friday, 13 March 2026, from 07:30 p.m. continuous until Monday, 16 March 2026, 12:00 p.m.
On the last day of the fair (Friday, 13 March 2026):
05:00 p.m. – 07:00 p.m.: Dismantling permitted only within the stand area.
Freight lifts cannot be used due to carpet removal in the hall aisles and delivery of empties by the logistics service.
(> 14 March 2026 between 03:00 a.m. and 08:00 a.m.)
Important:
On Saturday, 14 March 2026, there will be an empty goods night between 03:00 a.m. and 08:00 a.m.
From Saturday, 14 March 2026, 08:00 a.m., official dismantling vehicle access begins for all vehicles.
Extended Dismantling
(registration and approval required, free of charge)
Available on selected hall levels:
Tuesday, 17 March 2026, from 07:00 am to 09:00 pm
For stands from 51 m² upwards.
Bookable via the Shop for Exhibitor Services.

Standapproval
Stands located in outdoor areas, temporary structures, mobile stands, two-storey stands, special mountings and special designs have to be approved separately and are subject to a charge.
To make setting up your stand in Frankfurt as convenient as possible, you can submit your stand construction documents via our online portal.
