High-quality board-to-board interconnect systems

These flexible interconnect systems can be soldered at each end directly onto the PCB. This offers a permanent flexible interconnect, or our interconnect systems can be supplied with a connector on either end.

Typically available from 2 to 32 poles, these flat flexible interconnect cables are available with different insulation materials. Depending on the application, our interconnect system cables can be supplied in materials that can withstand reflow soldering temperatures.

Pin Headers

Pin headers are available in a wide variety of pitches, from 0.8mm to 5.08mm. Hitaltech pin header connectors offer multiple connection points for transferring signal and power from one PCB to another.

These devices can be used for mechanical as well as electrical connections and are ideal when PCBs are stacked parallel or on top of each other. The pin headers' range can be employed in conjunction with a board-to-board pin header to create pluggable board-to-board connections.

PCB Pin Sockets

Hitaltech offers a range of PCB pin sockets as well, available in a wide variety of pitches that range from 0.8mm to 5.08mm, up to 50 contacts. These are available in single, double, triple, or four rows, with vertical or horizontal orientations in surface mount or through-hole lead style.

Our PCB socket connectors offer multiple connection points for transferring signal and power from one Printed Circuit Board to another and can be used when PCBs are stacked parallel or on top of one another.

For Pin Headers as well as PCB Pin Sockets, custom designs are offered.

Floating connectors are electromechanical PCB-to-PCB connectors. Their spring-like terminals incorporate a self-alignment mechanism which enables them to correct a range of misalignments when PCBs are assembled, reducing placement errors in pick-and-place machines. Ideal for automated assembly and industrial control solutions, floating connectors decrease the stress generated by vibrations on floating board-to-board connectors.

Hitaltech floating board-to-board connectors integrate a power terminal (power supply: 3A) and a signal terminal (signal transmission: 0.5A), which saves a remarkable amount of volume in the PCB. Besides allowing a blind mating assembly through a floating blind mate connector, the 10.5° flip-out prevents any interference at the assembly points.
