Zafferano lampes-à-porter is a collection of innovative portable and cordless LED lamps, with a rechargeable battery, allowing people to move about and live with greater freedom, intensity and completeness. These versatile functional lamps, with touch controls and an elegant clear-cut design, provide the utmost freedom for indoor or outdoor use, so that all activities can be lit up at any time of the day: at a restaurant table, a dinner on a terrace, reading under the stars... The collection includes a wide range of new models, with different designs and uses, all of them fitted with functions made available by new technologies. Zafferano Ailati Lights groups up the former AiLati Lights and Zafferano Bespoke Glass Lighting collections of indoor and outdoor lighting, arranged in two product lines: Architectural, is the line of outdoor and indoor technical lighting. The products stand out for their neutral colors and minimalist, clean-cut geometric lines, that allow for an easy incorporation in a variety of contexts with different styles. Their design involves state-of-the-art technological standards: the use of new generation LED light sources; research into quick and simple assembly and fixing systems; the use of high-quality, long-lasting materials – such as diecast aluminum and opal glass combined with other materials; high IP ratings. And Decorative, the product line dedicated to interior decor lighting, specifically focused on creating tailor-made projects. The catalogue collections - original, colorful and with a great personality – embody Federico de Majo's thirty years of experience in designing lighting projects and artistic glassworks, which he acquired working for decades in Murano alongside the Masters glassblowers and driven by his passion and knowledge of Italian design. All models can be customized and include modular elements, allowing a multitude of creative solutions for designing small - and large - scale lighting installations.
