Fully automated conveyor transfer DEK serigraphy machinery, JUKI K-2080L, TOPAZ XII type-setting machinery and BTU 8 region reflow furnace enables us to print more than 30.000 components per hour compliant with IPC-A-610 and IPC J-STD-001D standards. Our manufacturing service covers all case sizes including QFB, BGA µBGA, CBDA, CSP, Flip-Chip and 01005.
