Antimicrobial materials offer an additional layer of protection to conventional cleaning which is useful in reducing the number of microbes in an environment, but antimicrobial technology can be beneficial in keeping the numbers of microbes relatively low in between episodes of cleaning.

MEDISOL PLUS – MEDIFLEX PLUS is a pioneering double layer conduit system ideal for exposed, indoor/outdoor installations and for concealed type electrical installations such as concrete. Following the method of co-extrusion of 2 layers along with the use of special stabilized, heavy metals free (RoHS), halogen free (EN 50642), low smoke (EN 61034-2) and low acidity (ΕΝ 60754-2) raw materials, rigid MEDISOL PLUS and pliable MEDIFLEX PLUS conduits achieve high mechanical strength and flexibility, guarantying a safer electrical installation and low environmental footprint.

Cable protection solutions for concealed type installations such as dry wall, underplaster, sub-ceiling and sub-floor

The pioneer 3layer plastic conduits system SUPERSOL PLUS and SUPERFLEX PLUS are designed to provide cable protection solution for electrical installations in dry wall, underplaster, sub-ceiling and sub-floor. Following the method of co-extrusion of 3 layers along with the use of special stabilized, halogen free (EN 50642, ΕΝ 60754-2) and low smoke (EN 61034-2) raw materials, SUPERSOL PLUS and SUPERFLEX PLUS conduits achieve light type compression to resistance (320Nt) and medium type impact resistance (2J), making the installer’s work easier and much safer.

The external layer provides the necessary mechanical strength whilst the inner layer facilitates the smooth insertion of the cables due to the ultra-slip material that is added and reduces the friction up to 40% (SUPERFLEX PLUS) and 20% (SUPERSOL PLUS). Finally, the third independent layer consists of indelible longitudinal lines which distinguish power cable protection from telecommunications cable protection.

The chlorine and fluorine released from halogenated plastics produce hydrochloric acid and gases which are dangerous and very harmful to people and the environment.
