Moorgen

Newton Retro Series

Description

As early as 1917, the "toggle switch" invented by William J. Newton from the UK made its debut. In homage to Newton's invention of the "toggle switch," Moorgen designed a smart panel called the "Newton Retro Series" in 2017, a century later.

Being a traditional knob-style smart panel, its retro charm would be diluted by modern text lighting. To address this concern, Moorgen has developed a patented sensing technology. When a user stands in front of the panel, the text lights do not illuminate. Only when the user extends their hand within a range of 2 centimeters in front of the panel, the text lights on the panel gradually light up. This ensures that users can fully enjoy an authentic retro vibe.
