The condensation sensor measures the formation of condensation on the pipe of a chilled ceiling and triggers an alarm via a relay contact when a predefined threshold is exceeded. Optionally, the sensor is also available with a connection for an external temperature probe. This allows for measurement and optimal control of the chilled ceiling supply temperature. Alternatively, any input or output can be connected and routed to the terminals.

We build your system distribution panels, patch panels, small control cabinets, and terminal boxes according to your specifications. In numerous previous projects, we have already had the opportunity to deliver strong results for our customers. We supply the control cabinet or a custom metal distribution box designed for installation in raised floors or suspended ceilings, as well as simple plastic enclosures, depending on your requirements.

Together, we define dimensions, contents, any customer-supplied components, fuses, relays, terminals, connectors, wire color schemes (we prefer a colorful layout for easier verification), I/O modules, switches, and any other components, along with the type of testing to be performed.

We prepare the electrical schematic for your approval, and production starts only after you release it. During assembly, we can pre-parameterize, address, label, and configure devices directly, or handle any other steps that would otherwise cost you time on site or can conveniently be completed in advance.
