Since its groundbreaking market launch in 1988, the CombiLine wiring system has had a lasting impact on the industry. Taking into account the requirements of modern electrical installations, the further development of the wiring system contributes to increased efficiency and sustainability.

Our wire holders are now manufactured from recycled material. In addition, all wire holders are available in a uniform grey design. The new ED60G wire holder now offers twice the space for optimal cable routing. It is characterized by high stability and flexibility in installation. It also allows a wide range of mounting positions on DIN rails, EDF profiles, and WR profiles—either by twisting or screwing.

The innovative T-wire holder ED45GT can be mounted very quickly by simply snapping it onto the back of the DIN rail. It enables simplified horizontal and vertical cable routing, significantly increasing wiring efficiency and saving cable paths.

The AK600 and UK600 circuit distribution boards have proven themselves as the perfect duo for simple electrical installations. To make installers’ work even more efficient, both are available fully equipped and pre-wired — now also customizable for orders of 100 units or more.

The complete distribution units for surface-mounted and flush-mounted installation enable extremely fast electrical installation and help effectively address time and capacity constraints.

The AK600 and UK600 are available as complete 4-row distribution units with RCDs and MCBs or, as a space-saving alternative, in a 3-row version with combined RCBOs. All circuit distribution boards are protected against overvoltage by a 4-pole Type 2 surge arrester and include a main line branch terminal. The RCD, MCB, and RCBO variants are connected using phase busbars.

The new flush-mounted small distribution boards are designed for residential buildings, public facilities, and commercial applications, and can be used for renovations, modernizations, and new constructions.

Like other members of the ComfortLine series, ComfortLine Compact CU offers features that significantly reduce installation time. The new discreetly designed trim frame has a height of only 15 mm and provides up to 25 mm of plaster compensation. Thanks to the low enclosure depth of 110 mm, the small distribution boards can be easily integrated into hollow walls with a single layer of cladding.

The newly developed hollow-wall installation kit greatly simplifies and speeds up installation. Only a rectangular wall cut-out is required for hollow-wall mounting. The kit consists of four hollow-wall brackets that snap onto the corners of the enclosure from the outside. These are then simply tightened with a screwdriver during installation.

The enclosures feature knockouts on the top, bottom, sides, and rear for cable entry. Thanks to the removable entry sliders per field width at the top and bottom, equipped with break-out knockouts, cables can be conveniently inserted from the front. Additionally, they can be secured on the integrated cable support and strain-relief comb.

The intelligent packaging contributes to sustainability and ease of work. Made of environmentally friendly recycled cardboard and free of polystyrene, the packaging is designed to match the workflow on-site. The enclosure is protected by two cardboard parts at the top and bottom, which can later be used as dust covers after installation. The trim frame and door are protected by a full cardboard sleeve. This separation ensures that these components stay clean until they are needed at the construction site.

In addition to the successful CombiLine N interior assembly system, the innovative CombiLine MP system was developed for mounting on mounting plates. In combination with our EH3 distribution cabinets, it’s a real advantage!
