Description

The production program of the Esacril® tubes is one of the most complete you can find today on the market, with sizes that go from 7 mm. up to 300 mm., this last is one of the biggest diameter available as extruded PMMA tube.

Almost all the sizes of the Esacril® acrylic tubes listed in our standard production program are available in our stock, in the lengths 2.000 mm. or 2.050 mm, while the delivery times are extremely prompt for all that should not be delivered directly from stock.

The Esacril® tubes are supplied with transparent color, packed with adhesive polyethylene film and they are undergone during the final stages of the production to an antistatic treatment, through the application on the external surface of a proper liquid, to avoid the presence of dust for a certain period after the production.

On demand with minimum quantities and prices to agree with our Sales Department, we can produce Esacril® tubes in lengths from 10 mm. up to 13.000 mm., in diameters not present in our standard production program, and in a wide range of colors.

Our standard production program includes also Esacril® Opal extruded acrylic tubes in translucent white color with light transmission of 50%, and Esacril® Satin extruded acrylic tubes, tubes with satinized (frosted) superficial finish such as to create a diffused light effect with the presence of an internal lighting. Both of them are particularly suitable for the lighting industry. Such tubes are regularly present in our stock available in many sizes and in standard lengths, therefore can be supplied without the need of minimum quantities.

Minimum quantities that are needed for the following tubes that we can produce but exclusively on demand and which are:

- Esacril® Shock-Resistant extruded acrylic tubes, i.e. in high-impact grade acrylic.

- Esaflex® flexible acrylic tubes produced starting from soft PMMA resin.

- Esacril® SAN extruded tubes, material from the styrenic family, featured by a good transparency, an excellent lightness and reasonable impact resistance.

- Esacril® MABS (Transparent ABS) extruded tubes, always from the styrenic family but modified to the molecular level with methacrylate, in order to increase the transparence compared with the ABS.

- Esacril® Hollow profiles manufactured in different section types, such as square, rectangular, hexagonal, octagonal, elliptical, oval, with thicknesses from 1 mm. up to 6 mm., either in transparent or in a wide range of colors.

Esalux® Polycarbonate Tubes

Gammacril has decided to apply the long experience in acrylic into the production of Esalux® polycarbonate tubes. The standard production program includes diameters with range from 10 mm. up to 250 mm., with standard lengths of 2.000 and 2.050 mm., with most of the sizes present in our stock.

All the Esalux® tubes are packed with adhesive polyethylene film and they are undergone during the final stages of the production to an antistatic treatment, through the application on the external surface of a proper liquid, to avoid the presence of dust for a certain period after the production.

The Esalux® polycarbonate tubes are produced in transparent color only and exclusively with UV stabilized raw materials.

We can supply on demand with minimum quantities and prices to agree with our Sales Department, tubes in lengths from 10 mm. up to 13.000 mm., in diameters not present in our standard production program, in a wide range of colors, and produced in materials with improved characteristics, such as better fire resistance or FDA approved material.

Esacast® Cast Acrylic Tubes

The Esacast® cast acrylic tubes are obtained by the process of centrifugation of resin of methylmethacrylate monomer in round moulds, and then by an accurate polishing of the external surface of each single tube.

The Esacast® cast acrylic tubes present high transparency, excellent superficial finish, superior chemical and thermal stability, and the possibility of producing in large diameters and high thicknesses and in a wide range of colors without the need of big minimum quantities.

They are produced in diameters that range from 50 mm. up to 500 mm., with standard length of 2.030 mm., while for the diameters starting from 300 mm. we add also the standard lengths of 1.000 mm. but especially 3.030 mm.

On demand we can supply with cast acrylic tubes with external diameters and thicknesses not listed in our standard production program.

Gammacril® Cast Acrylic Rods

Thanks to an experience of more than 70 years, Gammacril produces cast acrylic rods in one of the most complete ranges of diameters and sizes actually present on the market. Our standard production program is based on two main groups of products:

- Gammacril® Cast Acrylic Round Rods with diameters from 2 mm. up to 200 mm.
- Gammacril® Cast Acrylic Square Rods with sections from 6 mm. up to 200 mm.

They are supplied with transparent colour, with polished and brilliant surface, and packed with adhesive polyethylene film, in standard lengths of 1.000 mm. or 2.000 mm. All our standard rods are regularly present in stock , with very short delivery times also for big quantities.

Besides, we can supply round and square rods different from the standard ones, with minimum quantities and prices to be agreed upon with our sales department, in a wide range of colors, diameters, sections, lengths and tolerances not present in our standard production program. These items can also be produced not polished and only grinded.

Moreover under the name Gammacril® Shapes we produce some complementary products, due to the fact that they are not present in our standard range, but they can be produced with very short delivery times:
