We deliver a standardised, open communication solution for integrating doors, windows and security into all areas of building management. The central device is a standard controller (PLC). The hardware components consist of an embedded PC control system that has a certified BACnet communication interface. This means our products can be integrated into all commonly available building management system, physical security information management system, and CAFM systems. Because of the open standard used, a wide range of interoperable applications can be created with other trades, such as blinds, weather station, heating, ventilation, or room automation.

Compact professional for safe solutions

In the event of a fire, control panels open window drives safely and reliably – and provide fresh air in daily life, by means of controlled natural ventilation. The new N8 variant of the MBZ 300 modular bus control unit convinces with its particularly compact housing. This makes it the right choice for small and medium sized buildings and stairwells. Thanks to its modular structure, the configuration can be customised and extended.

Installation and commissioning are simple and fast, and no further configurations are needed for standard use. If necessary, the configuration software enables fully flexible, comprehensive, project specific adjustments, in addition to depicting complex smoke and heat extraction functions – also retroactively. For an optimum line feed within the building, the MBZ 300 N8 can be installed as a central control unit in the building, or used in a decentralised manner, in the form of several networked control panels.

Safe ventilation with power-operated windows

IQ box Safety is a product solution for safe ventilation. Certified by TÜV (a German technical service organisation), IQ box Safety offers the highest level of safety for power-operated windows up to protection class 4.

IQ box Safety is suitable for protecting closing edges on automated windows with 24 V IQ windowdrive drives and enables safety edges and contactless sensors to be connected. For each window, one IQ box Safety connects up to four window drives and two locking drives. It is suitable for natural ventilation and smoke & heat extraction systems, as well as for all activations (such as SHEV control panels, 24 V power supplies, KNX, IQ gear). This therefore allows planners and architects greater flexibility and creative freedom in the layout of ventilation windows and smoke & heat extraction windows.

Window drives of the GEZE IQ windowdrive series, such as the Slimchain and Powerchain chain drives, can be connected to the KNX building bus via IQ box KNX. Further components - such as heating or air conditioning - can also be integrated using KNX actuators. KNX sensors provide data regarding room air quality and outside environmental conditions. This ensures an optimum, energy-efficient indoor climate.

The TZ 320 door control unit is the heart of the emergency exit system SecuLogic, and is used to control and monitor electrically-locked escape route doors with the aid of individual authorisations.
