Touch tablets mounted outside or inside meeting rooms display real time availability, upcoming reservations and occupancy status. Users can book a meeting instantly at the tablet or start a spontaneous session with just a tap.

All bookings synchronize automatically with LIZ Booker and existing calendar systems, ensuring a unified and consistently updated experience. Optional sensor integrations allow rooms to be automatically released if they remain unused.
