Linear lighting system for fast and easy custom-made luminaires

The Cut&Connect system enables a quick and effortless creation of custom luminaires. It allows the profile, cover, and LED strip to be cut simultaneously at any place, eliminating the need to locate specific cutting lines. This is made possible by the Free Cut technology of the LED strip, which ensures seamless, uniform illumination from tip to tip, without any shadows at the ends, regardless of the luminaire’s length.

The LED strip features COB technology, delivering a continuous, dot-free line of light, even in shallow profiles.

Additionally, the endcap with the connector cable can be manually attached to both the profile (luminaire) and the power supply with a simple “click”.

No welding, tools or professional assistance are required for installation.

Our PROFESSIONAL led profile series for surface/hanging applications is manufactured in high purity aluminium, with 8 different colours to choose from.

Its inner tray (where we can find the led and power supply) can be removed from the front which means easy maintenance. The tray can also be placed on the upper part of the profile.It has a transparent or frosted microprism cover which improves UGR.

Both profile and covers are available in lengths of 6m, allowing us to carry out long installations without joints.

It is suitable for hanging, surfaces and walls (providing Up&Down lighting); drivers can be housed inside. This profile can be combined with a white frosted cover (“easy-ON” system), to achieve a waterpoofing of IP65 (very necessary in damp zones).

We also have available microprism covers both in transparent and frosted, which improve glare and UGR levels. Both profile and covers are available in lengths of 6m, allowing us to carry out long installations without joints.

• 4 power options: the 10mm PCB - IP20 model is available in 4 power levels (5W - 10W - 15W - 20W).
• Up to 5 different white tones: 5000K - 4000K - 3000K - 2800K - 2400K (3000K is available only in the following versions 10W – “slim”, 15W - IP20, and 15W - IP67 and 2400K is available with the 15W - IP20 version).
• Maximum compatibility with profile lengths: supplied in rolls of 6 metres, making them compatible with 2m profiles (3 sections), 3m profiles (2 sections), and 6m profiles (1 section), meaning optimal use of the led strip.
• High performance: double-layer PCB, CRI above 90, and efficiency of 100 lm/W.
• Compatible with our 9-in-1 connector: IP20 versions can be used with our 9-in-1 connector to avoid soldering, create corners, cross joints, strip-to-strip connections and more.
