MST Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. operates in the electronics industry and produces lighting components.
The company is located in the north-east part of Poland, in Kętrzyn.
MST was formed as the result of the management buyout of Philips Lighting electromagnetic ballasts factory in Kętrzyn. In April 2011 Management Team purchased the factory and the MST brand from Philips. Company became an exclusive supplier for Philips of electromagnetic ballasts for HID lamps with Philips brand in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

MST also produce it’s own branded products: LED modules, LED drivers, electromagnetic ballasts for HID and fluorescent lamps, integrated HID systems, ignitors for HID lamps, filter and compensation coils.
At the beginning 2013 company invested in equipment for production electronics and in 2014 began producing of ignitors for HID systems as well as the production and sale of LED modules.

In 2017 MST joined the Pol-lighting Lighting Equipment Manufacturers Association, and in 2018 became a member of the ZHAGA lighting consortiumx.

In the second half of 2018, MST started the production of LED drivers and in 2019 launched the production of high power LED drivers (including 500W) for sports events and outdoor lighting aplications.

The company has a laboratory accredited by the DEKRA in accordance with the norm 17025,  enabling testing and certification of products with the ENEC. Possesses quality certificates: ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001.The implemented VDA and ISO procedures as well as trained staff guarantee a high level of service provided.

MST successively develop and invest in equipment and technologies so that production processes are as effective as possible and the quality is at the highest, repeatable level. 

MST employs around 200 people.
