Lighting masts with mobile crown mainly composed of:
Monotubular shaft tapered shaped with polygonal cross section, hot
dip galvanised, composed of 2 or more sections to be joined at site by
forced overlapping. Designed according to the methods
established from the construction theory in force. Manufactured by cold forming
of steel plate and subsequent external longitudinal welding carried out
by automatic and approved process. Provided for the anchorage to the
basement by means of direct burying into the concrete foundation block.
Movement system, complying with safety standard in force,
is composed of a mobile crown where the floodlights are fastened.
This crown, supported from 3 ropes transmitted on the trailing head on top
of the mast, slides along the shaft, allowing thus to lower the floodlights up
to an height suitable for the maintenance from the ground.
Movement, transmitted from the 3 ropes is carried out by means of electric
hoist applied to the base of the shaft. The hoist can be provided “trolley
mounted” or “inside the mast”. During normal operation of the mast the
crown is fixed on top column thanks to the hooking elastic system with
double thin plate of armonic steel.
Electric system suitable for the power to be installed,
composed of the interlocked socket at the base of the shaft where
it is necessary to have the electric line, from the feeding cable self bearing
type, completed with CEE plug at one end, and then connected to the
junction box on the mobile crown on the other end. The junction box,
completed with terminal board already wired is provided with watertight
socket provided for the lighting test at ground
by means of purpose made extention with CEE plugs
