The product name is Wallpuri. Wallpuri, WALL means the main installation is wall mounted, PURI means the device can purify the air.

As we known, there are many similar 180°upper air disinfection device on the market already. However, we make it difference.

Wallpuri is an upper air system with China & US patent design, we adopt wave type target optical control technology. The regular upper air UV-C device is without target optical control design. GK is the first one to use this new technology for grille position on the device. The new technology can control the UV-C ray angle and then make the device design in ultra thin and less weight. At the same time, the black grille design can absorb useless UV rays and then maximum utilization rate of the UVC irradiation.

Wallpuri is with ultra cutting edge design concept to make a Light + Ultra thin + High device. Light design means less weight, it’s only 6Kg. Ultra thin design means that compared with the similar products on the market, it’s the most ultra-thin design on the world. High design includes two part, one is high power of 85W, and one is high UVC intensity, the ultraviolet radiation intensity at 1m is 170μw/cm². What’s more, it’s with aluminum reflector for UV-C tube. Comparison of sterilization efficiency with same time, the device with built-in aluminum reflector can improve up to 18%.

Wallpuri is an upper air disinfection UVC device with two industrial fans for two end sides. The industrial fan can speed up the air flow then improve the disinfection efficacy. The industrial fan is with a very long lifespan of 70,000hours and the noise can be under 40dp. Kindly please check the noise testing.

Wallpuri is with RG zero standard when the height is under 2.1m and the installation height should be at 2.3m height. In order to make the upper air uvc device more safety to use, we designed a built-in PIR sensor for the device. The UVC tube lamp will stop working to prevent UVC light from hurting people or animals and improve product safety when a person enters the UVC ultraviolet radiation area.

The built-in UV-C tube lamp is with pull-out design. After removing the fan screw at one end of the power cord, the uvc tube and power supply module can be drawn out as a whole, which is convenient for replacement and maintenance.

About the installation, wall mounted or hanging for options. It’s available for hospital, school, shop, office, bank etc.

This system is high output UVC disinfection machine for occupied space. It’s a four sides of the upper room radiation light design to improve the purification range and efficiency, four sides of the UV-C ultraviolet radiation is on the upper air, which is installed at 2.5m height and achieve RG zero standard under 2.1m, so that the upper space is purified while commercial activities continue below.

• Full range wattage optional in one series

Compared with the regular led corn bulb on the market, the double adjustable led corn bulb is available from 18w to 120w which can replace 50w HPS/HID/HQI etc traditional street light. And it can be used for total enclosed fixtures with a good heat dissipation, which the fixture like post top, shoebox, wall pack, highbay etc., even 120w this kind of high watt.

• Intelligent interface design

The double adjustable led corn bulb is designed with an intelligent interface. It’s available to work with different plug&play sensors from GK. And this kind of design is with China and US patent protection.

• Double adjustable function

The first adjustable function is 3 selectable CCT which is 3000K/4000K/5000K for options. It indicates you can save the SKU on inventory.

The second adjustable function is watt choice on the plug and play sensor. GK develops a new sensor for different wattage switch 60%, 80%, 100%. For example, if you use 18w led corn bulb, the sensor settings at 60%, then the min wattage should be around 10w.

What’s more, GK have many different plug and play sensors to meet different fixture application, such as microwave sensor, PIR sensor, photocell sensor, WIFI sensor, Bluetooth sensor etc.

• Meet DLC 5.1 requirement

As we known, the HID retrofits like led corn bulb can apply DLC on US and Canada market. And the newest DLC requirement is 5.1 version, the bulb should be dimming and high lumen which is more than 150lm/w.

• Quard-protection （None for other manufacturers）

Most of the led corn bulb are used for the total enclosed fixtures. An unstable grid or improper installation, such as the un-removal of ballast may cause high voltage in the circuit, this high voltage may lead to the varistor overheated,and then the driver housing may get on fire and burn.

The advantages of GK overvoltage/overheat protection products

• Varistor overheating protection

Preventing housing melting due to the heat from the varistor, which is caused by excessive voltage input from power grid or any failure components.

• Lamp body overheat protection
• Power supply overheat protection

Either overheat protection of the lamp body or the power supply is activated, the lamp power will drop to 70% of itself；if both are activated, the power will drop to 55%. When the lamp body and driver temperature is lower to the reset temperature,the lamp power will go back to 100% automatically.

• Overvoltage protection

Preventing the lamp from risk of overvoltage,when input voltage detection detect the input voltage is over 320V,the lamp will flicker and not lighting,when the input voltage go back to lower than 320V, the lamp will start to work normally automatically.
