The platform portrays lighting designers, engineers and planners from numerous countries and sees itself as a global network for exchange, recognition and mutual support. The focus is on personal career paths, professional expertise and the contribution of women to future-oriented lighting solutions. As part of Light + Building, Women in Lighting strengthened this international perspective and created space for visibility and networking within the global lighting community.
