First steps for exhibitors

1. Log in with your "Messe Login" at the top right of our website. If you do not have an account yet, please create one under "Register".

2. After logging in, the „Customer Center“ will open on the right-hand side of your screen.

The main contact person of your company should then create exhibitor passes (menu item "Create exhibitor passes") for all participants in the fair.

Your main contact person was defined during the declaration of participation and will receive all information about the fair and the „Digital Extension“.

Please create one exhibitor pass per employee. This will then be valid for both physical access to the fair and for the digital platform.

IMPORTANT: Please always use the individual e-mail address of the respective employee. This allows them to log in individually.

3. Access to the platform opens approximately 30 minutes after the exhibitor passes have been issued. Then every registered employee can log in via the "Messe Login", maintain his or her profile, enter interests for matchmaking and much more.

4. Complete the company profile

Check whether the company profile is complete. Is there still content missing? You can maintain this in the Media Package Manager. From there, the content is automatically transferred to the digital event platform. We recommend completing the profile by 24.8.2022 at the latest, because this is when visitors and media representatives will receive their login to the platform.

5. Familiarise yourself with the lead management tool

This tool is available to all exhibiting companies to optimally manage their presence. In your lead manager you will receive a list of potential business contacts with name, company and interest. These are people who, among other things, have viewed your company presentation or clicked on the profile of one of your employees. Contact them directly via the platform to receive their contact details.

2. After logging in, your „Customer Centre“ will open on the right-hand side of your screen. Please select "Ticket Shop Visitors" there. 

3. There you can either buy a regular visitor ticket (or redeem a voucher code) that is valid for both the physical fair and the digital platform.
If you only want to use the Digital Extension, you can buy a separate ticket for this.

4. Access to the platform opens approximately 30 minutes after the visitor ticket has been issued. You can then log in as a visitor with "Messe Login", maintain your profile, enter interests for matchmaking and much more.
