GEZE smoke and heat extraction solutions ensure safety wherever only smoke dissipation is needed under building regulation, such as in stairwells. The optimised THZ N4 and THZ Comfort N4 emergency power control units with 4.5 A output current can be discreetly installed even in narrow stairwells. They now offer even more power for more safety. They can be connected to a complete smoke dissipation solution as well as being used for day-to-day ventilation. The signals can also be forwarded to the building management system, for example. Wind or rain sensors can be connected to the control units without the use of additional modules – so windows close safely, even in the event of rain or strong wind.
