SSL FAS 21 Flicker Analyzing System

SSL BTC 2000 combines screen imaging with a goniophotometer for a fast wide angle beam pattern measurement of light sources.

Measurements according to various standards can be made significantly faster than with a goniophotometer. The typical measurement times are 5 minutes for H ±50°,V ±15° or 29 minutes for H ±90°, V±90°. BTC 2000 produces comparable results to turning goniophotometers with an accuracy of +/-4%. The dynamic measurement range is from 0.3 cd up to 70 000 000 cd.

SSL BTC 20 is a lighter camera based setup for measuring narrow beam light sources.

SSL DECO 27 (previously named by SSL C-2R.270) is a floor mount goniometer of type 2.1 (EN13032-1:2004 clause 6.1.1.2) with the turning detector (γ axis) and luminaire (C axis) features. SSL DECO 27 moving detector goniophotometer completely meets the requirements of unchanged burning positions stated in IES LM79-08 Clause 9.3.1.

SSL FiLMI 2.3 creates a luminance map over an area by one mouse click. This data can be used to determine the level and variation of luminance in the measurement area. These values are needed e.g. when lighting of roads are evaluated.

Turn-key Testing System for Quality Control in Production Lines of Luminaires

LightTester 100, LightTester 160 and LightTester 280 (maximum size of luminaire 100cm, 160cm or 280cm, respectively) are test stations for quality control of luminaires during production. The verification of most important photometric values (such as lumens, CCT etc.) and electrical safety has been integrated into one single test unit. The testing sequence time is even < 10 seconds, so the LightTesters are suitable for 100% testing scheme. The LightTester 100/160/280 is delivered as a ready-made package, including everything you need, such as a test station table, test computer with software and measuring equipment, sticker printer, dimmer...

In the test software, the measured values ​​are stored in a database. In the test software it is possible to give fail-pass criteria for each luminaire type and for each measurement parameter.

The LightTester 100/160/280 can be configured to be integrated as a part of the production assembly line or they can be stand-alone testing setup
