Description
SBS JACE 8N4 from our Smart Building Solutions Series (SBS) is an open and high-performance automation and integration platform (powered by Niagara Framework®). The consistent application of this technology reduces the energy and operating costs. Based on the Niagara Framework® N4, all building technology systems and systems are homogeneously merged into a building automation and management system. The consistent networking of all systems and applications of a property or individual buildings enables open, digital consistency for integration.
AMEV-certified BACnet deviceThe SBS-JACE 8N4 (Tridium JACE 8000) fulfils the special requirements of the public sector for independent building automation with the AMEV test certificate and the BACnet proof of conformity. In conjunction with the BLT certificate of the BACnet Testing Labs (BTL), the test certificate is also valid as proof of BACnet conformity (ISO 16484-5).
Our automation solutions are systematically networked on the basis of standardized Internet technologies. From the lowest field level via the automation level with the local visualization (HMI) to the on-site management level or as a cloud or portal solution.

With the OAS SBS IOMR X I/O Module you can monitor, control, schedule and analyze your building assets like never before. IP-based IO controller based on the Niagara Framework®. With our SBS series we offer IoT solutions and services that go far beyond the usual room and building automation.
SBS IOMR X is part of Tridium’s portfolio of hardware, software and tools designed for remote monitoring and control applications that enables end-to-end automation and device-to-enterprise integration. SBS IOMR X allows the JACE® 8000 to interface directly with simple non-intelligent inputs and outputs remotely located up to 4,000 feet from the JACE. The connection is established via an industry-standard RS 485 multi-drop communications bus. Multiple SBS IOMR X devices can be utilized on a single SBS JACE 8N4, providing 250+ IO points on a single SBS JACE 8N4.
