Description
OAS Supervisor Utilities Application - the digitalization of building technology
You want to create very fast, super effective and structured BMS solutions with complex building and plant structures? With the "OAS Supervisor Utilities Application" you are able to do this. From simple Smart Buildings to complex Smart City or Campus solutions.
Embedded in the BACnet® certified Niagara Supervisor, the OAS Supervisor Utilities Application enables the rational, structured and semi-automated creation of an open BMS, energy management or SCADA solution. Whether local, stand alone on the customer server, in the customer data center or as a cloud-based portal solution: Each solution offers a safe, reliable and trouble-free plant integration with high ease of use.
OAS Supervisor Utilities; BMS powered by niagara. The OAS Supervisor Utilities Application is part of the OAS portfolio of controller/server products, software applications and tools based on the Niagara Framework®.
It offers intelligent functionalities on server level for structured and scalable integration of simple to complex plant, campus, building and plant structures across all trades of the TGA. The also freely scalable integration of networks from integration platforms such as JACEs, Niagara Edge or third-party systems are part of the OAS solution for the efficient establishment / creation of a BMS or SCADA solution according to customer requirements.
The utilities are applications integrated in Niagara Supervisor. The modules are offered in four levels:
- OAS BACnet and Niagara 4- Supervisor Utilities 1 WEB- BMS basic module
- OAS BACnet and Niagara 4- Supervisor Utilities 10 WEB- BMS basic module
- OAS BACnet and Niagara 4- Supervisor Utilities 100 WEB- BMS basic module
- OAS BACnet and Niagara 4- Supervisor Utilities Unlimited (UNL) WEB- BMS basic module
OAS BACnet Utilities - the digitization of building technology
With the "OAS BACnet Utilities", OAS has developed an efficient way to migrate existing systems in which Honeywell controllers with C-Bus communication are installed. Whereas it was previously necessary to replace all existing automation components in order to upgrade the BMS, the "OAS BACnet Utilities" now enable migration via BACnet. This means that the C-BUS systems can continue to be used. Based on the Niagara Framework®, OAS offers flexible solutions for the progressive digitalization of building technology in refurbishment projects.
Whereas it was previously necessary to replace all existing automation components in order to upgrade the higher-level control technology, for example, the "OAS BACnet Utilities" now enable migration via BACnet. This means that the C-BUS systems can continue to be used. Based on the Niagara Framework®, OAS offers flexible solutions for the progressive digitalization of building technology in refurbishment projects.
If the existing facility technology is refurbished, this is often accompanied by new requirements for the building automation. The operators are then faced with the decision of either modernizing the entire automation along with the facility technology or adapting, expanding and continuing to use the installed automation components. With the "OAS BACnet Utilities", the control technology can be adapted in many cases in such a way that a new, homogeneous communication level is used.
